Eric Scott, founding member of scott viscuso, pllc, has been practicing law in Dallas for twenty-seven years. Eric focuses on construction, business litigation, and contract disputes. He also handles labor and employment, personal injury and insurance defense matters and product liability. Eric applies his courtroom experience in a practical manner to help his clients avoid or successfully resolve legal issues. 

Construction law is one of the fastest rising areas of the law wherein Eric uses his expertise to guide the owner, artchitect, contractor, or subcontractor through the legal process in both commercial and residential construction related matters, ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to complex construction defect litigation and arbitration.
